Included in our tradition are a number of healing arts covering various physical, spiritual and internal conditions and syndromes.
Oil based muscular release and deep tissue
Tui Na Chinese muscular and skeletal manipulation
Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Herbs and Cupping
Energy healing techniques
Various psycho-emotional release techniques
These techniques were used for quick fixing of dislocated shoulders on the battlefield to long term healing arts to balance the body. These arts help students understand anatomy for atemi and other techniques as well as meridians for kyusho. Healing arts compliment your fighting arts and the separation between Chi-Na (Chinese Ju-Jutsu) and Tui-Na (Muscle and Joint Manipulation) is hard to see at times. Many of our techniques have been passed down for centuries and have in depth history originating from many Asian and Indian healing traditions.
Unlike western Swedish style massages our bodywork techniques are a very strong medical manipulation of both bone and tissues to deal with acute and chronic pain of both the muscular, skeletal and internal systems and combines many techniques from Indonesia, China and Thailand from its history.
Psycho-Emotional Healing and Combat Mind Strengthening
Samurai had to prepare for death and deal with post traumatic battle stress if they lived. However much mental training was focused on being calm to make good decisions under pressure and living life to the full, free from the burdens of the mind and allowing you to live life through your true self, letting passion flow like a blossom in full bloom.
